Louie C. Reformado, started to cameras at a tender age of seven, inspired by his father, Leopoldo, his foundation builder, from then on his interest continues. He even work as a photo contributor on a leading tabloid. A constant asistant of his father works. He started mastering his craft. Being a keen observer, Louie practise every moves and takes of how his father works. He was already taking professional shots when he learned about the basic photography course, sponsored by the Federation of the Philippine Photographers (FPPF). To further enhance his craft, he attended various workshops and seminars. He joined quite a number of photo contest, some even on the spot and bagged major prizes. Just recently was the SBMA sponsored photo-contest "A Decade After", where he bagged the first prize in sports category.

Louie is the founding member of the Society of Portraits Photographers of the Philippines (SPPP) and a member of the Wedding and Portrait Photographer of the Philippines (WPPP). He is also the founding president of the Kavite Kamera Kalb (KKK) which is the only camera club in Cavite and also the former vice president of the Nayon Photographers Club (NPC).
